How To Use:
- Download and Install the Background Maker
- Open Background Maker Select Counter Strike 1.6
- Click On Load Picture any Format Or any Size you Want
- After Press Make HL Background All Are Done !
- Open Cs 1.6 Non Steam and See Background Enjoy !
